This year the 10th New Mexico Analysis Seminar is scheduled in the Fall for October 11-12, 2007, prior to an AMS meeting that will be held in Albuquerque on Oct 13-14, 2007.

On Friday afternoon we will host a very special event
"An afternoon in Honor to Mischa Cotlar"

The conference is sponsored by the National Science Foundation, the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of New Mexico, and the Efroymson Foundation.

The campus is located approximately two miles east of downtown Albuquerque, two miles north of the Albuquerque International Airport, and 10 miles west of the Sandia mountains, which border the eastern edge of the city.

Albuquerque provides a unique blend of historic attractions, multiculturalism, outdoor activities, and native cuisine, and serves as a gateway to the nearby cities of Santa Fe, Taos, Acoma, and the numerous pueblos of the Rio Grande Valley.

Fall weather in the high-desert environment surrounding Albuquerque tends to be cool and dry during the day (low to mid 50's), but with cold evenings (low 40's).

The conference headquarters will be at the Hiway House Motel. This is a modest motel that is very well located at walking distance from the university in the Nob Hill area. It is surrounded by coffee houses, restaurants, bars, little stores, the only non-commercial movie house (The Guild) in town, local organic Co-op (La Montanita), etc.
