Title:Second order operator derivative and divided difference.

Abstract:

I will calculate second order derivative of polynomial
function of operators and represent them via divided difference.I will
also calculate second order derivative of operator function when the
function  is of the following type:
(a) rational
(b) integrable function with integrable Fourier transform and such
that its derivatives up to second order and their Fourier transforms
are also integrable.
