Abstract: In this talk, we are going to prove a technical lemma. Suppose (X_1, L_1) and
(X_2, L_2) are two polarized Kaehler manifolds. We will show that if (X_1 \times X_2, L_1
\otimes L_2) is Chow-stable, then (X_1, L_1), (X_2, L_2) are all Chow-stable.
