Title: A Splitting Theorem for Constant Kahler Curvature Matrics, Part III

Abstract: In this talk, we will explain the relation between the Chow-stability and the
balancing metrics. If time allows, we will try to finish our proof of the following theorem:
Suppose (X_1, L_1) and (X_2, L_2) are two polarized Kaehler manifolds with finite
automorphism groups. If (X_1 \times X_2, L_1 \otimes L_2) is Chow-stable, then (X_1, L_1),
(X_2, L_2) are all Chow-stable.
