We will publish the proceedings as a hierarchal electronic document available via the World Wide Web. Anything from an abstract to a full paper is acceptable. In all cases, the paper should reference relevant contributions to the field. The deadline for submissions is July 1, 1995. Papers submitted MUST be in one of the following forms: ASCII text single PostScript file completely self contained collection of TeX/LaTeX/AMSTeX/AMSLaTeX files working URL pointing to a document To aid in the construction of the electronic document, we will request a separate file be provided with the paper's title, author's name and email address, and a list of keywords for the paper. Michael Wester, Conference Coordinator, will be organizing this document. In addition, parts of the proceedings for the meeting will be published as special issues of IMACS journals. The organizers of closely related special sessions should submit a proposal to Stanly Steinberg, Conference Chair and Guest Editor. Note that if the total number of pages for an issue exceeds 200 pages, then only selected papers will appear in the special issue.
