In order to use Maple 8 on an X-terminal connected to the University of New Mexico computers, use the command xmaple &. In order to use Maple 8 on a Windows PC click on Start, Programs, and Maple 6. After you are in Maple 8 you can click your mouse on Help to obtain extensive information, and a good place to start is the Help's Introduction and New User Tour. When you are in Maple 8 you can click your mouse on File and then Open to choose and then Load a tutorial or sample file ending in .mws.
