Event Description:

  • Title: Mathematical Theory of Incompressible Flows: Existence and Behavior of Solutions;
  • Abstract: This talk presents some recent results obtained for the study of existence and behavior of solutions of the MHD, Micropolar, and Magneto-micropolar equations that describe incompressible flows. More precisely, our main goal is to expose, only mathematically, our extensions and improvements related to the existence, uniqueness and blow-up criteria of local solutions for these equations as well as determine the behavior of global solutions (provided that they do exist) in Sobolev-Gevrey sapces.
