Title: An introduction to causal analysis part I: causal discovery
Causal analysis has received increasing attention in both methods and applications. There are at least two main components of causal analysis: causal discovery and causal inference.
In this seminar talk, I will introduce some causal diagram concepts, including colliders and d-separation, and then present some causal discovery algorithms in the literature, including the PC, FCI, and LiNGAM algorithms.
