       Note: A free shuttle is available between the airport and both of these
             hotels.  In theory, the shuttle comes by the airport hourly, but
             one can simply request it by using one of the courtesy phones in
             the baggage claim area (these are well marked with the name of the

To receive the special conference rates, reservations must be made by April 22.

other hotel, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the meeting.
