Andreas Sorgatz
(andi@uni-paderborn.de)
Session Description:
There are a number of different approaches for reaching software
integration in the realm of CA software, ranging from dynamically
linked modules to various mathematics protocol, each with a
different emphasis or approach. The session's goal is to bring the
designers of several of these approaches together to discuss their
perceptions of the problems and proposed solutions.
More particularly, the session should:
- analyze what are the important issues for reaching Software
Integration
- how the different approaches address these issues
- compare the advantages and disadvantage of these approaches
- report on experiences made in applications of theses approaches
- evaluate where we stand with the current solutions and discuss
future challenges and tasks
We would like to invite you to contribute to this session by submitting
a paper or abstract to
obachman@mathematik.uni-kl.de
and by giving a talk at IMACS'97. As with other IMACS contributions,
proceedings of the session will be published on-line.
