INFO ON MATH 319
There will be no required textbook. Instead I am going to use the following Notes
Grading policy. There will be 1 midterm exam and a final (comprehensive)
exam. The exams will be given in class. They will consist in solving a set
of exercises very similar to the ones
contained in the homework or solved in class.
Homework will be assigned every Friday. There will be a 10 minute
quiz every Friday consisting of one problem that is very similar or identical
to a homework problem.
Each of the exams represents 1/3 of the grade in this class and the quizzes
represent 1/3 of the grade.
Qualified students with disabilities needing appropriate academic adjustments
should contact me as soon as possible to ensure your needs
are met in a timely manner. Handouts are available
in alternative accessible formats upon request.
