Personal Information : Formally the coordinator for Math 121 and now serving the department as the director of Pre-calculus (General Ed program), I am entering my eighth year of teaching here at UNM.

Originally from Philadelphia, I moved here with my husband, Jeff, in 1982. After my graduate work at UNM, I taught at Sandia High School for 13 years and then Career Enrichment Center for five years.  I enjoyed teaching courses ranging from Consumer Math to AP Calculus and building a robotics curriculum at CEC that led to student work being exhibited at the International Teachers Teaching with Technology conference in Calgary in March 2002.

I am happy to be here at UNM and share my experience of curriculum development with a talented pool of instructors.

I enjoy biking to work and around the area, playing tennis and skiing in winter. Also, being a member of two book clubs and an investment club keeps me socially and mentally active.
