Each problem worth 5 pts. *Quizzes: there will be a 15' quiz each Thursday (worth 25 pts.) based on the assigned (ungraded) problems from the previous week's lectures (i.e. Quiz 12 is based on material from the 12th week of the course etc.) *Final: cumulative final (on Tue. May. 13, 12:30->14:30), 300 pts. *Make-up policy: No make-up for late assignments. Make-up can be arranged for quizzes missed with VALID excuse (illness, family emergency, active participation in scholarly or athletic activities) *if prior notice is given. *Attendance: is not mandatory, but will not be able to assist if you miss class without a valid reason. *Special Arrangements: any student requiring special arrangements due to disability must inform me during the first two weeks. NOTE: * Note that I do use the WP/WF option for withdrawals.
