In the name of God Amen I John Mackmiall Aged Twenty five Years or thereabouts I do Acknowledge this to be my last Will & Testament. I do Give unto my dear beloved Wife Elizabeth Mackmial my Plantation whereon I live, and to my Child that she now is with Child with, and if the Child dyes wholy to my Wife. I do give the rest of my whole Estate unto my Wife paying my Debts. And do Appoint and leave my Wife my whole & full Executor of this my Will As Witness my Hand this present Eighteenth day of October in the Year 1734.

The last Will & Testament of John Mackmial deceased was presented in Court by Elizabeth Mackmail his Widow and Relict named Executrix therein Who made Oath thereto according to Law and being proved by the Oaths of the Witnesses thereunto is admitted to Record.
