... as well the Plfs by his [- page break-] his Attorney as the Deft in his proper person and the said Deft Acknowledgeth the Plfs Action therefore it is Considered by the Court the Plfs recover against the Deft. ten pounds the debt in the declaration mentioned and his Cost by him about his Suit in that behalf Expended and the said Deft. in Mercy &c.
This Judgment is to be discharged by the Payment of five Pounds Current Money together wuth Interest thereon to be Computed after the rate of five p centum p annum from the Ninth Day of July 1762 till paid & the Costs.
