How to participate as a speaker

The conference consists of several sessions. Each session consists of several talks. Each session is organized by a session organizer.

You can participate as a speaker in a session.

Procedure

  1. If you have been already contacted by a session organizer, go to step 5.
  2. Look at the current plan for the conference program. Locate a session where your talk fits in.
  3. Contact the session organizer of the chosen session.
  4. Wait for a response. If your talk is approved, follow the session organizer's instructions to prepare the talk.
  5. Register and arrange your accomodation and travelling.
  6. Present the talk at the conference.
  7. Optionally, you might be asked to prepare and submit a paper to a special issue of Journal of Symbolic Computation or IMACS journals.
