ACA 2024 Registration Fees are as follows:

Registration fees include:
- coffee breaks
- social program, excursion
- conference dinner
There is no early/late registration fee.
Payment is possible by cash only (payable in euros or US dollars), at the conference registration desk.
Please also keep in mind that no change is available, so bring the exact
amount.
Registration will be in the lobby of the Mathematics Faculty building (6 on the map) in the Department of Mathematics (1st floor, right wing of the building, 2nd door). We will have a person showing the way to get there Tuesday morning. [UPDATED June 21, 2024]
- In order to enter Cuba with a valid passport, participants are advised to obtain an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) document
from the website https://www.dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio by applying online ahead of their
trip.
You have to show your Advanced Traveler’s Information when you enter Cuba,
so we suggest that after filling the form in your country, to make a print
screen of the Advanced Traveler’s Information that contains Barcode and QR Code
because at the moment you have to show it in Cuba, you will not have an
internet connection.

- You should dress in light and fresh clothes, wear a hat, cap or umbrella,
and use skin protection.
- It is allowed to enter the University Campus wearing shorts.
- In the street, please do not buy tobacco or rum that someone proposes
to you (saying that it is a good price). Usually they are not originals.
