Title: Galois Theory in the Differential Setting

Abstract: I will first review the Fundamental Theorem of Galois Theory, then it’s analogue in the differential setting, while talking about how both are Galois Connections and what this means from an order theoretic perspective and a category theoretic perspective. Time permitting, I will discuss integrability in terms of elementary functions and show that e^{-x^2} is not.
