Event Description:

Title: Q'-curvature and Spectra on Pseudo-Einstein 3-manifolds.

Abstract: In this talk I will present a link between the CR Beckner-Onofri type inequality proved by Branson-Fontana-Morpurgo and the spectral invariants of the $P'$-operator related to prescribing the $Q'$-curvature. This link can be tracked on one hand through the computation of the functional determinant of $P'$, namely $\zeta'_{P'}(0)$ and on the other hand through the logarithmic Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality, namely the regularized zeta function at 1.
