Deborah Sulsky awarded large DOE grant

 Emeritus Professor Deborah Sulsky (CCed) has been awarded one of seven large grants as  part of a $70 Million to Improve Supercomputer Model of Earth's Climate System recently announced by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)

Deborah is leading this multi institutional team including SNL, LANL, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and University of Nebraska. Their project title is:
Improved Coupled Climate Simulations in E3SM Through Enhanced Sea‐Ice Mechanics.
