Partial Differential Equations
My research interests are in the design and analysis of numerical methods for partial differential equations. I actively work with scientists from Sandia National Labs and many of students do their internships at the national labs.
My research involves
Adjoint based error estimation
Reduced Order Models
Poisson-Boltzmann and Poisson-Nernst-Planck equations
Implicit-Explicit (IMEX) time integration
Least-squares finite element methods
